ORDER FAQS 

Where's My Order?  

The Buck Nutz Club products are made to order especially for you!  Please allow up to 10 days to receive an email with a tracking number.  If it's been more than 10 days, please note that production times can be delayed during high volume sales times.  Don't worry!  Your order is still in production and you WILL receive that tracking email very soon. 

We do this as an effort to reduce waist and offer more styles that will fit you best. Please take this into consideration when ordering 

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering to receive a full refund. If your order has been fulfilled we are unable to cancel it.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

All orders are made to order within 5-8 business days of your order date and then shipped via UPS/USPS. Domestic shipping times are currently within 4-7 business days. Production and delivery times may increase during holidays and other times of high sales volumes.  Also, USPS has announced they are experiencing unprecedented volume in addition to short staff due to Covid-19. Please note that once the package has left the building, we have no control over carrier delays. 

My Order Was Wrong Or Defective

We're so sorry to hear about this error on your order! We will be happy to replace this for you. 

Email us at customerservice@thebucknutz.com. with a description of the problem and pictures of the product. 

Your order will be eligible for replacement if the error was our fault and it has been less than 30 days since delivery. 

Why Isn't My Tracking Showing Any Updates?

We send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out, but sometimes it takes a day or two for UPS/USPS to scan your order into their system and for the updates to show on their website.  Please allow some time for this to happen. 

If your order has been showing progress and then progress stopped, please keep in mind that the postal services are overwhelmed due to Covid and understaffed.  Please allow a few days for the tracking to update again and it will likely show considerable movement after that. 

If it's been more than 7 days with no movement, create a ticket and we will replace your order if the postal carrier is at fault for losing it.  

Can You Expedite My Order?

No, we apologize but we cannot expedite orders at this time.  They are all made to order especially for each customer in the order they are received.  They are shipped via UPS or USPS. Domestic shipping times are currently within 2-7 business days. Times may vary during holidays and when we are receiving large order volumes.  Also, USPS has announced they are experiencing unprecedented volume in addition to short staff due to Covid-19.  Please note that once the package has left the building, we have no control over carrier delays.

How can I change my order?

We can surely help you make changes to your order if we have not shipped it yet. Please email us at customerservice@dawgnutzclub.com. so we can help you. If we have already shipped your order you will have to process and exchange or return once you receive it.

How long does it take to restock an item?

We try to restock our best-sellers often. Stay updated on our social media @bucknutz where we usually announce when our items are back in stock.

How do sizes run? 

We've continuously been working on improving our sizing. Our styles are pretty true to size, but if you are in the border line of size you can consider going a size up. 

Why is my school not on your website? 

Let us know what school you are seeking and we will do our best to come out with some unique apparel just for you!  Contact us at marketing@thebucknutz.com.

Do you do custom orders? 

Yes, we do custom orders! Email us at sales@thebucknutz.com. for inquiries (minimum is 48 pieces per style)

Do you do group discounts? 

Yes, email us and we'll be happy to give you a discount (minimum of 30 pieces).

How can I be featured in your website or Instagram? 

We love to feature our Brand Ambassadors! Please tag us on your pictures to be reposted.

Do you do collaborations with brands or influencers?
